• Experience establishing governance, assurance frameworks, and delivery strategies for PMO.

Responsibilities

• Lead PMO/Project Controls on assigned commissions and manage cross‑functional teams.
• Design and implement PMO framework, strategy and delivery governance.
• Direct client, consultant and contractor teams on PMO/Project Controls matters.
• Act as trusted advisor to client organisations and senior stakeholders.
• Lead governance meetings, reporting, and performance reviews.
• Manage Baseline delivery, change, cost, risk and contingency monitoring.
• Mentor junior PMO staff and develop career paths.
• Support resourcing for the assigned commission and drive best practices.
