Job summary

Mace is seeking an Associate Director – Project Controls in Boulder, CO to lead PMO and Project Controls delivery across major construction programmes. You will shape frameworks for cost, schedule, risk and reporting, advise clients, and mentor teams in a consultancy environment.

You will oversee baselines, governance, and stakeholder engagement while driving continuous improvement in control delivery and performance across projects.

Qualifications

• PMO and Project Controls on major construction programmes.
• Chartered status or equivalent professional accreditation.
• Degree in construction or engineering desirable.
• MSP, P3O or P3M3 accreditation desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead PMO and Project Controls across projects.
• Develop and implement Project Controls frameworks.
• Lead controls across cost, schedule, change, risk, reporting.
• Manage baselines across scope, time, cost, risk.
• Lead periodic reporting and governance meetings.
• Manage client, consultants, contractors relationships.
• Act as SME and trusted advisor to clients.
• Lead, mentor and develop Project Controls professionals.
• Support resourcing and recruitment for commissions.
• Drive continuous improvement in Project Controls delivery.
