Job summary

Cosm is seeking a Senior Project Manager to own the PMO for Chadds Ford Operations, directing PMOs and a team to deliver high-complexity projects in a rapidly growing dome manufacturing environment.

The role requires a PMP and 7+ years in project management, including PMO leadership in a manufacturing setting; strong communication and cross-functional coordination are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in PM, management, engineering, or related field required.
• PMP certification required.
• 7+ years in project management; experience building/leading PMO; international projects a plus.
• 5+ years in manufacturing environments with installations of prefabricated structures or equipment.
• 3+ years managing or leading project managers or a project team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and mature PMO processes, procedures, and standards used across PMs and Admins.
• Directly manage and mentor the PMO team, including Project Managers and Project Administrators.
• Actively manage an assigned portfolio of the organization’s most complex, high-visibility projects, on-time and within budget.
• Coordinate stage gate meetings and PMO processes across the portfolio.
• Manage client relationships and project risk; create and maintain project documentation.
• Provide PMO updates to senior leadership and progress to stakeholders.
