Capgemini Invent in Irving, TX is seeking an experienced Managing Consultant PMO to lead transformation programs across business and technology domains. You will establish governance, drive integrated planning, and report on program performance, partnering with senior client stakeholders to realize value.

The role emphasizes AI-enabled reporting, strong leadership across multi-workstream teams, and credibility with executives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of transformation consulting, PMO leadership, program management, or enterprise transformation experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading large-scale business or technology transformation programs
• Experience establishing and managing governance structures across complex, multi-workstream initiatives
• Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and build trusted client relationships
• Strong leadership skills with experience coordinating cross-functional teams and delivery partners
• Experience managing program financials, delivery performance, and value realization efforts
• Advanced executive communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to operate effectively within complex, matrixed organizations with competing priorities

Responsabilités

• Lead PMO and Transformation Management Office (TMO) functions for complex business and technology transformation programs.
• Establish and manage program governance structures, including executive Steering Committees, leadership forums, and decision-making processes.
• Develop and oversee integrated program plans, ensuring alignment across workstreams, vendors, and stakeholder groups.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders on program governance, execution strategy, and delivery performance.
• Lead executive reporting, program communications, and performance management activities.
• AI-enabled tools to improve reporting, governance, and operational efficiency.
