Job summary

RWE Americas, LLC is seeking a full-time Project Manager to oversee multiple wind-energy projects, coordinating with Operations, Procurement, Engineering and HSSE teams. You will guide project execution strategy, schedule activities, manage vendors, and ensure safety compliance while delivering on time and within budget.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 3+ years PM experience, and willingness to travel up to 25%. A PMP/PMI certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science or related field.
• PM certification preferred (ACPM, PMP).
• Minimum 3 years of project management experience.
• Wind energy sector experience preferred.
• Experience in business strategy, PM, or consulting.
• Knowledge of lifecycles, scheduling, vendor coordination and program management principles.
• Understands operational, contractual, and safety requirements.
• Ability to elevate complex problems to leadership on mitigation.
• Applies program management practices to multiple projects with limited guidance.
• Knowledge of environmental and safety policies and procedures.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Willingness to travel ~25%.

Responsibilities

• Project-manages multiple projects and initiatives with site staff and stakeholders.
• Focuses on organizational projects with Project Execution strategy development.
• Supports other Project Managers with scheduling and controlling tasks.
• Interacts with vendors and contractors per safety protocols.
• Ensures projects are delivered on-time, within budget and with quality.
• Supports status reporting for management review.
