RWE Americas, LLC is seeking a PMO Project Manager to lead high‑value renewable energy programs across the United States. This role establishes PMO standards, methodologies, governance frameworks, and performance metrics in partnership with senior leaders.

The PMO Project Manager oversees the full asset lifecycle from initiation through value realization, with travel to multiple sites. Strong MS Project and stakeholder communication are essential for on-time, on-budget delivery across wind,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field preferred.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification strongly preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing projects.
• Wind, Solar and/or BESS operational experience preferred.
• Deep understanding of program governance, risk management, and cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Manages a project portfolio of high‑value projects and programs, ensuring on-time delivery and budget adherence.
• Develops and improves project management frameworks, tools, and standard processes.
• Communicates program goals, timelines, and performance expectations aligned with strategy.
• Provides program-level risk assessments and mitigation strategies to senior leadership.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and improvements.
• Supports negotiations with vendors and contractors, aligning terms with objectives.
• Partners with leadership to translate initiatives into actionable plans.
• Drives adoption of lessons learned and standard methodologies across projects.
• Oversees vendor/contractor performance for quality, safety, and value.
• Offers mentorship to associate project managers and fosters PMO culture.
• Serves as primary escalation point for project risks and issues with mitigation plans.
