Job summary

Nucleus Security, Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Manager to define and execute the strategy, roadmap, development, and GTM for a key area of our UI/UX platform.

You'll prioritize high-impact solutions based on customer feedback and market trends, driving the launch of new products for enterprise customers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, analytics, and design, in a fully remote, distributed setup across time zones.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of product management experience at a technology company.
• Ownership experience of B2B SaaS UX-focused products.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to change.
• Proven ability to work on highly technical products with complex requirements.
• Excellent written & verbal communication and analytical skills.
• Comfort working with fully remote, distributed agile teams across multiple time zones.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy, roadmap, and goals for Nucleus’ UI/UX platform and related functionality.

Senior Product Manager

We’reseeking a Senior Product Manager to defineand executeproduct strategy, roadmap, development, and GTM forakey area of our product experience, ourUI/UXplatform. Working with feedback from customers and internal stakeholders, you will prioritize high‑impact solutions to customer problems and drive the launch of new products to satisfy our customers’ needs. This is an opportunity to playan important rolein guiding the product direction of an expanding startup experiencing rapid growth.

What You Will Do

• Own product strategy, roadmap, and goals for Nucleus’UI/UXplatformand associated functionality,including custom analytics functionalityandotherfrontend customization features.
• Drive strategic product decisions by evaluating customer feedback and market trends

Minimum Qualifications

• 4 - 7years of experience in product management for a technology company
• Ownership experience ofB2B SaaSUX‑focused products
• The ability to work under pressure and adapt to change
• Proven ability to work on highly technical products with complex technical requirements
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
• Excellent analytical & presentation skills
• Comfort working with fully remote and distributedagileteams in multiple time zones
• Entrepreneurial, self‑starting mindset: you take ownership of problems and solutions, not tasks
• Track recordof delivering meaningful product enhancements to a diverse and demanding portfolio of enterprise customers
• Experience in development of products related todata analytics, search,or semantic middleware is highly preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in vulnerability management or another area of cybersecurity
• Experiencewithproductsintegrating native generative AI functionality(natural language search, agentic automated workflows, etc.)
• Experienceshipping products within the context of a fast‑pacedAI-enhanced SDLC
