Job summary

Workstream in San Francisco is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to own positioning, launches, and sales enablement for a platform expanding from hiring into payroll, HR, and AI products. You will lead a team of 3 and report to revenue leadership, working in-office 4 days per week and relocating if needed.

You will shape messaging across website and decks, drive end-to-end GTM plans for new products including an AI assistant, develop battlecards and customer proof, and push innovative

Responsibilities

• Positioning & messaging: own how Workstream is described on the website and decks.
• Product launches: run end-to-end GTM plans for new products, including AI features and payroll suite.
• Sales enablement: build battlecards, teardowns, ROI narratives, and customer proof.
• Customer proof & content: develop case studies, video stories, and webinars with content/design teams.
• Ship with AI: leverage AI agents across research, drafting, and analysis to move fast.
