• Assists with selection, adaptation, and adoption of new models, methods, and tools.
• Owns high-value services or products and leads large projects within enterprise architectures.
• Drafts and maintains software support processes and documentation; diagnoses incidents and conducts root-cause analysis.
• Develops testing criteria and designs test cases for functional and non-functional requirements.
• Plans and leads user experience design activities for large programs, ensuring usability and accessibility.
