Job summary

Qualifications

• BS degree or equivalent, or 5+ years in PMC/engineering environment.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma exposure is a plus.
• Proficient with SAP, Agile, MES and PMC module operations.
• Understanding of QC, inspection, metrology and GDP/GMP concepts.

Responsibilities

• Guide and lead the PMC team across cross-functional groups.
• Troubleshoot and assess failure modes of test equipment and perform preventive maintenance.
• Coordinate calibration and validate equipment with internal and external services.
• Develop and document PMC procedures, work instructions, and ECO implementations.
• Monitor department metrics and participate in process improvements.
• Support manufacturing re-layout, toolings and qualification activities.
• Maintain calibration certificates and user manuals; participate in audits.
