Monzo is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager for Web Growth to own monzo.com, optimize the signup funnel, and drive onboarding journeys at scale. You will lead a squad, blend data rigor with great product craft, and push rapid experimentation to convert visitors into active customers.

You will collaborate with engineering, design, data, research and marketing to set the vision, measure impact, and continuously improve the customer web experience.
