Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience, preferably with B2B enterprise SaaS.
• Track record of managing the product lifecycle and launching successful products.
• Experience in an agile environment with engineering and design collaboration.
• Exceptional communication skills to influence teams without formal authority.
• Strong analytical skills for data-informed decision making.
• Direct experience in clinical trial operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the product lifecycle for the Vault Clinical Operations suite.
• Engage with customers and stakeholders for market needs and requirements.
• Author feature specifications and user stories with cross-functional teams.
• Prioritize product backlog balancing customer requests and strategic initiatives.
• Serve as the product expert, communicating vision and features.
• Educate internal teams on product adoption and support.
• Define metrics to measure product success and business impact.
• Stay updated with regulatory changes in clinical operations.
