Job summary

Stantec Consulting International Ltd. is seeking a Senior Project Manager / Technical Lead – Linear Infrastructure to lead planning, design, and delivery of storm and sanitary sewer and watermain projects in the Mid-Atlantic.

You will guide multi-disciplinary teams, win projects, and shape our conveyance practice with innovative approaches and client-focused leadership. In this role you’ll manage budgets, schedules, and scope while mentoring staff and collaborating with research and innovation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Environmental, Civil) from an accredited university.
• 15+ years of project management experience in consulting water/wastewater conveyance and infrastructure.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) or ability to obtain within 6 months; PMP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, design, and delivery of storm and sanitary sewer conveyance and watermain distribution projects.
• Manage a team of design professionals and technicians; mentor staff for high performance.
• Develop proposals, participate in business development, and foster long-lasting client relationships.
• Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams and ensure quality reviews and adherence to schedules and budgets.
• Oversee project scope, budget, staffing, and schedule; ensure compliance with regulatory and client requirements.
• Provide leadership in complex conveyance projects and contribute to innovation and knowledge sharing.
