Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, biochemical engineering, pharmaceutical sciences, chemistry, biochemistry, biotechnology, or related discipline.
2+ years of direct peptide drug substance manufacturing experience.
Strong understanding of cGMP manufacturing and global regulatory requirements.
2+ years leading cross-functional projects with integrated schedules, risk registers, and executive communications.
Experience with data visualization and AI-enabled tools.

Responsibilities

Lead complex technology transfer activities for drug substance manufacturing, including new launches and programs transferring to CDMOs.
Coordinate across Process Development, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Validation, Engineering, Procurement, and CMOs/CDMOs.
Develop and execute technology transfer strategies, plans, schedules, and governance frameworks.
Manage stage-gate deliverables, milestones, budgets, and business objectives.
Provide executive updates on status, risks, and resource requirements.
