Job summary

Collins Engineers, Inc. in Canton, MA is seeking a highly motivated Senior Project Manager for our Structural Inspection Group to lead inspection contracts, liaise with clients and agencies, and drive project success on complex bridge and structure projects in the Canton office.

This role combines office and fieldwork, requires PE, at least 12 years of bridge inspection and 5+ years of PM experience, and offers relocation assistance and opportunities for growth within a top ENR Top 500 design

Qualifications

Bachelor's and/or master's degree in civil engineering from an accredited university.
Professional Engineer (PE) required.
Minimum 12 years of bridge or ancillary structure inspection experience.
Minimum 5 years of progressive project management experience.

Responsibilities

Serve as project manager on complex inspection projects and as client contact.
Provide leadership on multiple projects of varying size and complexity.
Manage inspection projects including proposals, budgets, schedules and quality.
Ensure client focus and cultivate relationships with clients and agencies.
Prepare agreements, set goals, budgets, and staffing; oversee timely completion.
Mentor other PMs and staff; promote safety and professional standards.
