VML Health is seeking a Senior Project Manager for freelance work focused on Social & Influence campaigns in the health pharma sector. You will oversee paid social, social listening, and analytics projects, ensuring on-time delivery within established frameworks and budgets.

The role emphasizes analytics-driven delivery over purely creative production, with required experience in recurring campaign flighting, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Healthcare/pharma experience required.
• Experience managing digital, media, or data/analytics workstreams.
• Financial aptitude: budget tracking, forecasting, resource utilization.
• Proficient in Smartsheet and digital routing tools; MS Office/Teams.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end delivery of mid-complexity, multi-channel SI workstreams: paid social/digital campaigns, social listening programs, and analytics/GEO reporting.
• Timelines and resource plans using existing frameworks and templates; drive follow-up on due/overdue tasks.
• Reporting cadences as recurring deliverables – weekly, monthly, and post-campaign decks delivered on time and to specifications.
• Budget tracking, monthly burn review, and forecasting; participation in weekly finance meetings.
• QC via the client feedback tracker; adherence to MLR and platform-policy checkpoints.
• Onboarding of new resources and maintenance of shared tools (Smartsheet, SharePoint).
