Job summary

VML is seeking a Senior Project Manager for freelance Social & Influence work focused on a health pharma client. You will lead end-to-end, multi-channel SI programs including paid social, social listening, and analytics in a hybrid New York setup.

The role emphasizes deliverables and analytics-driven work across paid media launches, weekly/monthly reporting, budgeting, and resource planning with cross-functional collaboration and adherence to MLR policies.

Qualifications

• Healthcare/pharma experience required.
• Experience managing digital, media, or data/analytics workstreams.
• Budget tracking and forecasting skills.
• Proficiency with Smartsheet and digital routing tools (Ziflow or similar) and MS Office/Teams.
• Excellent communication, organization and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end delivery of mid-complexity, multi-channel SI workstreams.
• Manage timelines and resource plans using existing templates.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and post-campaign reporting decks.
• Track budgets, perform monthly burn reviews, and participate in finance meetings.
• Ensure QC via client feedback tracker and adherence to MLR and policy.
• Onboard new resources and maintain shared tools (Smartsheet, SharePoint).
