Qualifications

• Experience in new/ground-up residential construction.
• Managing 8–10 projects concurrently.
• 4–5+ year track record of successful site operations and project leadership.

Responsibilities

• Over-communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Manage construction site from design hand-off to final C/O and hand-off.
• Regulate budgets and manage job costs.
