Job summary

Sprezzatura in Arlington, VA is seeking a Project Manager/Scrum Master to lead delivery of VIPPS modernization across three workstreams. You will orchestrate agile ceremonies, manage schedules, and align work with milestones and releases.

The role requires 7+ years in IT project delivery, 3+ years as Scrum Master or Agile lead, Jira/Confluence proficiency, and experience with cross-functional teams, risk management, and government or VA projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field or applicable experience.
7+ years IT project/delivery management experience, including complex implementations.
3+ years supporting Agile/Scrum delivery as Scrum Master, Agile PM, or similar.

Responsibilities

Drive delivery across three concurrent workstreams (Platform, Functional, Data & Integrations).
Facilitate Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, daily standups, backlog refinement, reviews, retrospectives.
Coordinate goals, priorities, schedules, dependencies, and commitments across teams.
Identify and elevate risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, impediments.
Maintain schedules, forecasts, metrics, and status reporting.
