The ideal candidate should have over 10 years of experience in residential development or construction management, with a strong understanding of project scheduling and budgeting. A competitive salary of $150,000 – $180,000 annually is offered, along with additional benefits and bonuses.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in residential development or construction management.
• Experience managing multifamily, single-family, and land development projects.
• Valid California driver's license for site visits.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction activities from preconstruction to completion.
• Manage project schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate with municipalities and regulatory agencies.
