The role focuses on managing real estate projects from initiation through completion with direct client engagement on scope, budget, schedule, and milestones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to develop methods that go beyond existing solutions.
• Ability to solve unique problems with broad business impact.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and other Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all areas of project management for multiple real estate projects from initiation through closeout.
• Work directly with clients to prepare scope of work, budget, schedule, milestones, quality control, and risk identification.
• Define delivery resources and conduct RFPs, bid evaluations, and resource recommendations.
• Facilitate development of a charter and integrated timeline; ensure on-time delivery and issue resolution.
• Lead cross-functional teams and coach others to develop deep knowledge across functions.
