Job summary

Socure is seeking a Senior Product Manager to build and bring to market proactive identity notifications — subscription products that monitor identities and alert when material changes occur. You’ll own the product end‑to‑end, define event contracts, manage data sourcing, and drive commercialization.

You’ll collaborate with Data Partnerships, Legal, and Revenue to ensure pricing, licensing, and go‑to‑market success, balancing precision, recall, and business impact with a strong customer focus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management, preferably in identity verification, fraud prevention, data products, or other data‑and‑ML‑driven products.
• Demonstrated experience evaluating, acquiring, and operationalizing data, incl. tests that isolate incremental lift.
• Strong understanding of APIs, SQL, databases, event‑driven architectures, and product architecture generally.
• Comfortable working with data directly, writing queries, and defining measurement methodology, incl. precision, recall, and coverage benchmarking.
• Experience taking a product to market, incl. pricing, packaging, beta programs, and launch.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap, definition, and launch of proactive identity notification products, from first beta through GA.
• Define the customer-facing event contract and lifecycle semantics for notifications.
• Design a feedback loop so every notification improves the next one.
• Define prioritization for future event types on the roadmap.
• Own data source strategy: identify coverage gaps, specify proofs, and guide licensing and retention.
• Set KPIs (coverage, precision, recency) and benchmarking, including source evaluation and licensing terms.
• Shape architecture and platform partnership for identity signals processing and notification delivery.
• Define pricing, packaging, and commercial terms in collaboration with Legal, Finance, and Revenue.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Data Science, Legal, and GTM to launch on schedule.
