Job summary

Babylist is launching Babylist Money and seeking a Product Manager to own the Early Investor experience. You will define monetization, drive top-of-funnel growth, and build strong product hooks that bring families back after the baby shower.

You will work closely with engineering and analytics to ship fast, measure impact, and iterate based on data. As part of the Babylist Money org, you will report to the PM/GM and help scale a zero-to-one business in a remote-first environment that embraces AI

Qualifications

• Outcome-focused with measurable impact guidance.
• Ability to own and defend a roadmap from blank page to shipped product.
• Experience building new products or features (zero-to-one).
• Strong data-driven approach with clear metrics and experimentation.

Responsibilities

• Own Early Investor end-to-end, define success metrics, ship, measure and iterate.
• Lead top-of-funnel growth; identify levers, run experiments, report outcomes.
• Test monetization strategies beyond fees; evaluate partnerships and products.
• Build features that drive postpartum engagement and retention.
• Partner daily with an engineering manager and a team of engineers.
• Communicate wins, failures and learnings to leadership with clarity.
