Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4-5 years of project management experience in a medical communications agency, publications, or pharmaceutical company.
• Experience with publication accounts and iEnvision software is required.
• Strong integrity, accountability, and attention to timelines.

Responsibilities

• Own overall project-level ownership for publication accounts including timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Draft workflows and timelines; initiate projects and manage status reports and client materials.
• Manage author relationships and communications; track invoicing and vendor communications.
