Job summary

Revelyst is seeking a Sr. Product Manager for Launch Monitors & Simulators to own strategy, roadmapping, commercialization and lifecycle management of our launch monitor and simulator portfolio.

You will drive cross‑functional collaboration across engineering, operations, marketing, sales, customer support and finance to deliver innovative products that strengthen our leadership in golf technology. This role requires a blend of product management expertise, technical understanding and strong

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management for consumer hardware and software products.
• Ability to operate between product, UX, engineering, marketing and business.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and lifecycle for launch monitors and simulators from concept to end-of-life.
• Define requirements and prioritize features using customer insights, market trends, and business goals.
• Partner with Engineering to deliver hardware, software, and connected experiences.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain and Operations for development and launch readiness.
• Lead go-to-market planning across Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Support, Operations and Finance.
• Develop positioning, messaging, pricing and market segmentation with Marketing.
• Support sales enablement through training and competitive analysis.
• Gather feedback from golfers, coaches, retailers and partners to drive improvements.
• Monitor revenue, market share, adoption and profitability; drive post-launch optimization.
• Balance customer needs with technical feasibility and commercial objectives.
