Job summary

Revelyst in Carlsbad, CA designs launch monitors, rangefinders, sensors, and connected software for golfers and coaches. The Sr.

Product Manager, Launch Monitors & Simulator, leads strategy, roadmap, commercialization, and lifecycle for the launch monitor and simulator portfolio, guiding products from concept through launch and beyond. You will collaborate with Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Operations to deliver innovative hardware and software experiences that improve golfer performance

Qualifications

• 7+ years product management for consumer hardware + software products.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across engineering, marketing, sales, customer support, and finance.
• Sharp communicator able to tailor updates for engineering teams and executives.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy, roadmap, commercialization, and lifecycle management for launch monitors and simulator portfolio.
• Guide products from concept through launch and beyond, ensuring market adoption and customer satisfaction.
• Partner with Engineering to deliver innovative hardware, software, and connected experiences.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain and Operations to ensure successful product development, manufacturing readiness, and launch execution.
• Lead cross-functional go-to-market planning with Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Support, and Finance.
• Develop product positioning, messaging, pricing, and market segmentation with Marketing.
• Support sales enablement through training, demonstrations, and competitive analysis.
• Gather and analyze feedback from golfers, coaches, fitters, retailers, and industry partners for enhancements.
• Monitor product performance and business metrics, driving post-launch optimization.
