Job summary

Fundraise Up is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead product innovation and experimentation within our Lab function. In this role, you'll be responsible for driving discovery and validation of new product lines, leveraging agile methodologies to develop and test hypotheses.

You will collaborate with engineering and design teams on key initiatives, synthesize outcomes into strategic decisions, and manage a dynamic portfolio of high-impact projects. This role offers the chance to shape our product strategy and contribute to meaningful social impact.

Qualifications

• Senior PM experience in incubation or new bets.
• Strong ability to write specs and reason about feasibility.
• Proven ability to run fast, scrappy experiments.

• Build and maintain a prioritized Lab portfolio/backlog.
• Define the riskiest assumptions for each bet.
• Run fast experiments and ship 'just enough' product.
