Job summary

ManpowerGroup, through its Experis division, is seeking a Sr Project Manager - Manufacturing for Mobile, Alabama. The role oversees complex industrial construction from design to completion, coordinating with clients and contractors to ensure on-time delivery and compliance with safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in engineering or related fields and PMP certification, with 8–12 years of construction PM experience in large-scale industrial projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
• PMP certification or equivalent project management credential.
• 8–12 years of construction project management experience, preferably with large-scale industrial or manufacturing projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and industrial facility requirements.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee complex industrial construction projects from design through completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met.
• Coordinate with clients, general contractors, engineers, and internal teams to facilitate project execution and resolve field issues in real time.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and scope documentation, tracking RFIs, change orders, and risks effectively.
• Lead project meetings, safety reviews, and construction coordination to ensure smooth communication and project progress.
• Support project closeout activities, including commissioning, turnover, and documentation transfer to clients.
