Job summary

London Approach seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead complex construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, with emphasis on design-build delivery and early client engagement.

The role ensures on-time, on-budget delivery while maintaining safety, quality, and client satisfaction, mentoring junior staff and guiding large teams on active industrial projects in manufacturing, logistics, or cold storage sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 10+ years of project management experience, including large-scale projects (> $10M).
• Experience with design-build delivery methods.
• Strong financial, scheduling, and contract management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead preconstruction efforts including due diligence, conceptual estimating, scheduling, constructability, and stakeholder coordination.
• Develop and execute project plans, staffing strategies, and site logistics in collaboration with field teams.
• Manage master schedules, track progress, and implement corrective actions to maintain milestones.
• Oversee contract administration, including negotiation, compliance, and change management.
• Maintain full financial accountability including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and billing.
• Ensure consistent use of project management systems, documentation standards, and reporting processes.
• Enforce safety programs and regulatory compliance across all project sites.
• Serve as primary client liaison, building long-term relationships and driving repeat business.
• Lead, mentor, and develop project team members while fostering a collaborative environment.
