The successful candidate brings extensive GC/development experience, strong leadership, and technical proficiency with construction software, ready to drive projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ Years of Experience: Management of complex construction projects as PM
• Commercial or Multifamily Expertise: Leading commercial/multifamily builds
• Educational Background: Bachelor's in Construction Management or related field preferred
• Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of standard construction software
• Driven and Motivated: High energy with strong work ethic and leadership

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management of construction projects to meet client goals
• Lead project teams and ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards
• Coordinate cross-discipline project requirements for efficiency
• Monitor reporting systems and prepare progress and cost reports
• Manage client relationships to encourage repeat business
• Prepare and review competitive bid packages and award recommendations
• Monitor costs and schedules to ensure proactive resource management
• Oversee vendor submittals and timely deliveries
• Prepare comprehensive project status reports
• Develop site utilization plans and optimal crew sizes
