Vistra Communications is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee complex, high-visibility projects in a busy research communications and publishing office. The role involves strategic planning, resource allocation, and direct coordination with government officials, including CORs, Task Managers, and Researchers.

This is an on-site position in McLean, VA or Washington, DC, with responsibilities for ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and governance across a portfolio of tasks.

Formación

• Master’s degree or bachelor's degree with relevant experience in Business, Marketing/Communications, or a related technical discipline.
• 10+ years of relevant professional experience, including leadership of multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience managing marketing and communications and supervising the publication of technical information from concept to final product from one-page flyers to 300+ technical reports.
• Transportation experience, especially in highway and surface transportation, is preferred.
• Public Trust is required; Security Clearance is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure deliverables are completed on schedule and within budget while managing risk and performance metrics.
• Ensure staff update the submission and project tracking system for status visibility to customers.
• Oversee creation of presentations, videos, online tours, social media, and other communications collateral.
