Nuro is seeking a Senior Program Manager, Eval Operations to shape how software evaluation and validation come together across the company. You will run complex pipelines across simulation, root cause analysis, and systems evaluation, and you’ll organize, prioritize, and move work forward with multiple software teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical program management or related roles.
• Ability to absorb technical context quickly and set clear priorities.
• Cross-functional stakeholder management across engineering groups.
• Experience coordinating delivery across onshore and offshore teams.
• Structured problem solving and risk management instincts.
• Clear written and verbal communication with technical and executive audiences.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Own intake, triage, prioritization, and escalation processes for the validation organization.
• Refine workflows to scale validation complexity and day‑to‑day movement.
• Orient quickly within active validation cycles and identify blockers, setting priorities across software teams.
• Align validation requirements with Autonomy and Systems Engineering and manage competing demands.
• Safeguard data integrity across validation outputs for trusted results.
• Manage capacity across external vendors and in-house resources.
• Identify risks early and plan mitigations; escalate as needed to meet timelines.
• Build metrics, reporting, and leadership reviews to show progress and quality trends.
