Job summary

Foodsmart is seeking a Staff Product Manager to own the Food Access & Benefits platform, scaling programs that deliver food benefits and related services to a diverse client base. You will translate complex multi-party requirements into scalable product capabilities while partnering with Engineering, Operations, Partnerships, and Commercial teams to drive impact.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience in B2B/B2B2C environments with operationally complex product areas.
• Launch track record of end-to-end products or services in complex operational settings.
• Experience collaborating with Implementation, Operations, or Client Success teams to build usable products.
• Experience partnering with commercial and go-to-market teams for enablement, rollout, and post-launch iteration.
• Experience in AI-enabled product development processes and tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for the Food Access & Benefits pod end-to-end—from discovery to launch and iteration.
• Become an expert in the Food & Food Benefits ecosystem through research and stakeholder interviews.
• Translate multi-party requirements into scalable product capabilities; design for repeatability.
• Design and advocate for a compelling member experience, reducing logistical burdens.
• Partner with Engineering, Partnerships, and Operations to define scalable systems architecture.
• Balance client-driven timelines with the discipline of building platform capabilities that compound over time.
