Job summary

Skydio is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead fleet management and internal tooling on the Skydio Cloud platform. You will guide the product from discovery through launch, coordinating across Cloud, UX, hardware, firmware, operations, support, and go-to-market teams.

You will transform fragmented workflows into a cohesive platform vision and drive adoption across customers and internal teams, with a strong emphasis on AI-enabled capabilities and scalable architectures.

Qualifications

• 6+ years defining and delivering market-leading software products.
• Experience wireframing and collaborating closely with UX design.
• AI-forward mindset with proven experience using AI to accelerate delivery.
• Familiarity with data modeling and API-driven architectures; able to reason about systems at scale.
• Strong technical fluency across autonomy, firmware, and cloud engineering teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Deep curiosity and empathy for users; willing to travel to customer sites.
• Obtaining FAA Part 107 certification within 60 days is encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the roadmap for Fleet Management and Internal Tooling.
• Define the end-to-end dock service experience from issue detection to closure.
• Drive feature definition and prioritization with design, engineering, and GTM teams.
• Prototype and validate intuitive workflows that reduce complexity for customers.
• Engage with customers and stakeholders to refine personas and requirements.
• Communicate plans and progress clearly across stakeholders and drive adoption.
• Collaborate with marketing, support, and customer success to deliver releases.
