Job summary

Milrose Consultants, LLC, based in Miami, FL, seeks a Sr. Project Executive to own a portfolio of projects through intake to closeout. This role combines leadership with hands-on project work, managing PMs and Sr. PMs, while maintaining direct client-facing engagement.

The position is hybrid, based in Miami, with full-time responsibilities and a salary range of $100,000–$125,000 per year. Strong regulatory experience and exceptional communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in project management.
• Leadership of multiple concurrent projects.
• Experience with regulatory processes and permitting.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and PM tools.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; PMP certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own portfolio performance and client relationships.
• Lead PMs and Sr PMs; remove roadblocks.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Engage in planning board meetings and permitting data.
• Communicate status and risks to clients.
• Collaborate with Sales for growth opportunities.
