Job summary

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a Sr Project Manager to join the Early Development Services Team in the EMEA region. The role requires Phase I experience and acts as the project lead, accountable for delivering quality, time, and cost outcomes.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage customer expectations, and ensure adherence to escalation pathways and regulatory requirements across projects. Strong financial acumen and effective communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification.
• 8+ years of project management experience in related field.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Project Lead and primary sponsor contact for the project.
• Ensure escalation pathways and clear delineation of responsibilities across cross-functional teams.
• Accountable for overall delivery of time, cost and quality, and for maintaining budget alignment.
• Drive risk identification and issue resolution at the project level (RBQM/RESOLVE).
• Ensure compliance with organization policies, SOPs, ICH-GCP, regulatory and project-specific requirements.
