Job summary

IPSecure, LLC is seeking a Project Manager II to oversee OSCARS contract efforts at JBSA Lackland in San Antonio, TX. You will plan, coordinate, and deliver technical and operational services, manage resources and schedules, and serve as the primary liaison with Government stakeholders.

Ideal candidates hold a TS/SCI clearance with a Bachelor's degree in a related field; certifications such as CASP, SecurityX, PMP, or CAPM are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related discipline.
• Experience with complex IT or cybersecurity programs.
• Knowledge of DoD or Federal Government contracting practices is a plus.
• Strong program management, scheduling, and risk management skills.
• Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and communicate with Government stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day execution of OSCARS task requirements.
• Develop project plans, schedules, milestones, and resource allocation strategies.
• Monitor contract performance to ensure quality, schedule, and performance objectives are achieved.
• Serve as the primary interface between contractor personnel and Government leadership.
• Coordinate with CORs, Program Managers, and technical stakeholders.
• Conduct status meetings and provide project reporting, risk updates, and recommendations.
• Maintain integrated project schedules and manage scope, priorities, and staffing.
• Track milestones, deliverables, risks, and performance metrics.
• Coordinate engineering, cybersecurity, and infrastructure activities.
• Monitor SLAs, KPIs, and contract deliverables.
• Support quality assurance, staffing coordination, transition activities, and continuous process improvement.
• Identify and mitigate project risks.
• Support RMF compliance, audits, inspections, and corrective actions.
• Monitor labor utilization and resource allocation.
