Job summary

Slack is seeking a Product Manager for Data Products to define AI-enabled data experiences, build dashboards and notebooks, and ship features with coding agents across Slack's data stack.

You will partner with data scientists, engineers, and executives to set roadmaps, prototype with coding agents, and measure success. You’ll drive adoption of data-powered capabilities across millions of users.

Qualifications

• 5+ years shipping technical products as PM, data scientist, or analyst.
• Background in data science, data engineering, or product analytics.
• Working knowledge of A/B testing and statistics for ship decisions.
• Hands-on experience building prototypes with coding agents.
• Able to explain technical tradeoffs to engineers and executives.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers, engineers, and data teams to map workflows.
• Set strategy and roadmap, prototype with coding agents alongside teams.
• Define success metrics and iterate after launch.
• Make data-driven decisions by simplifying experimentation in Slack channels.
