Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Data Products-focused Product Manager to lead data-driven features across Slack's analytics and experimentation platforms. You’ll partner with engineers, data scientists, and product teams to define roadmaps and build prototypes with coding agents.

You will translate user needs into measurable success metrics, drive data-centric decisions, and help scale the data experience for internal and external users. This role requires strong communication with executives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years shipping technical products as PM, data scientist, or analyst.
• Background in data science, data engineering, or product analytics.
• Hands-on experience building working prototypes with coding agents.
• Ability to explain technical tradeoffs to engineers and executives.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers, engineers, and data teams to understand workflows.
• Define strategy and roadmap; prototype with coding agents.
• Define success metrics and iterate post-launch.
• Launch experiments and bring insights into Slack channels.
