Salesforce is seeking a data-driven Product Manager for the Data Products team to shape data experiences across Slack integrations and agents. You will partner with engineering, data teams, and executives to define strategy, prototype with coding agents, and drive metrics from launch to scale.

With 5+ years shipping technical products and a background in data analytics, you will translate complex data challenges into actionable product features while collaborating across teams.

Formación

• 5+ years shipping technical products (PM, data scientist, or analyst).
• Background in data science, data engineering, or product analytics, with knowledge of A/B testing and statistics.
• Hands‑on experience building working prototypes with coding agents.
• Ability to explain technical tradeoffs clearly to engineers and executives.
• Experience building agents, MCP servers, or LLM products, including evals.
• Experience shipping data or analytics features to external customers.
• Experience driving adoption of a new tool across an organization.
• Familiarity with semantic layers or data catalogs (dbt, DataHub), experimentation platforms (Statsig, Eppo, Optimizely), and data warehouses (Snowflake, Trino, Spark).

Responsabilidades

• Partner with customers, engineers, and data teams to understand workflows and where agents fall short.
• Set the strategy and roadmap, then prototype with coding agents alongside engineering and design.
• Define success metrics to guide priorities and iterate after launch.
• Make data-driven decisions by simplifying experimentation and bringing insights into Slack channels.
