Job summary

You will partner with the VP of Product to align with goals, drive KPIs, mentor the team, and lead agile development across data pipelines, dashboards, and analytics features. Strong collaboration with engineering, data, design, marketing, and compliance is essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience, including data, analytics, or data platform products.
• Proven track record taking data-driven products from concept to launch with clear requirements.
• Strong SQL, data modeling, ETL/ELT concepts, and BI tool experience.
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for data applications with measurable initiatives.
• Define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for data pipelines and dashboards.
• Partner with engineering and data teams to ensure feasibility, data quality, and scalability.
• Lead Agile development through sprint planning, standups, and backlog management.
• Define and track success metrics and KPIs, using data to drive improvements.
• Collaborate with design, marketing, operations, and compliance to align priorities.
