Job summary

OneSix is seeking a Sr. Project Manager to lead client projects and cross-functional teams across the enterprise. You will plan, schedule, and oversee delivery activities, ensuring on-time, on-budget outcomes while maintaining quality standards and client satisfaction.

The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and proficiency with project management tools, including Jira and MS Office. This remote position emphasizes CST hours and collaboration with global teams.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering software or technology implementation projects from $500k to $1MM.
• Experience in a professional services environment (consulting firm, agency).
• Manage multiple engagements with delivery teams of 2–4+ FTEs.
• Strong stakeholder engagement with senior clients.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain delivery roadmap based on client priorities and backlog.
• Define and meet client business goals and expectations.
• Plan schedules with activities, deliverables, tasks, and resources.
• Oversee project execution and ensure adherence to processes and templates.
• Forecast, track, and manage budgets, burn, and revenue recognition.
• Mentor other Project Managers and support professional development.
• Identify risks, mitigate issues, and escalate when needed.
