The role offers flexibility in a remote-first environment, with a competitive salary range of $195,000 - $255,000 for California residents, plus comprehensive benefits including health coverage and stipends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of product management or relevant experience.
• Experience in payments, underwriting, and machine learning models.
• Comfortable operating autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive product strategy with partners.
• Define new products and features with specs and prototypes.
• Analyze product feature impacts and define success metrics.
• Establish partnerships with Credit, Pricing, and Engineering teams.
• Collaborate across product teams for new initiatives.
