Job summary

Kleinfelder in Southern California seeks a Senior Project Manager with a strong background in construction materials engineering and testing to lead client projects and service delivery. You will manage budgets, schedules, and teams, while delivering technical leadership across commercial, industrial, government, energy, and institutional programs.

Ideal candidates bring 15+ years in materials testing or related services, 10+ years of PM experience, and a PE license in CA, with PMP preferred.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in materials testing, special inspection, construction management, and related services.
• 10+ years of project management experience with direct client interaction and project leadership.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure with changing priorities.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, verbal and written communication skills.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Combine technical delivery with business development to expand local and national client base.
• Provide strong technical leadership in materials testing and special inspection.
• Lead and mentor a team of inspectors and technicians.
• Manage all phases of project delivery from kickoff to closeout.
• Ensure budgets, schedules, and client expectations are met.
