Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in materials testing, special inspection, construction management, or related engineering services.
• 2+ years of demonstrated project management experience including budgeting, scheduling, and client coordination.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional services for construction materials testing projects.
• Perform computations and review laboratory test reports.
• Review daily observation reports and materials testing data sheets.
• Collaborate with staff and clients to deliver complex programs/projects.
• Assist with preparation of proposals and fee estimates.
• Plan and execute technical work.
• Monitor and control project budgets.
• Meet deadlines through scheduling and coordination of resources.
