Cherry Coatings in Indianapolis, IN is seeking an experienced Project Manager with 5+ years in commercial paint coatings estimating or project management to lead projects from start to finish. The role emphasizes safety, team mentorship, client relations, and bid/cost evaluation in a fast-paced environment.

We value someone who can manage client and project teams, review documents for accuracy, and drive continuous improvement on each project. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in commercial paint coatings estimating or project management.
• Ability to manage all aspects of a project from start to closeout.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Establish a safety & people-first culture.
• Mentor, coach, and develop all team members.
• Ensure complete bid & cost evaluation for each project.
• Maintain relationships with customers, project teams, architects, engineers, and vendors.
• Respond to RFPs and present for projects.
• Visit job sites and coordinate with Operations & Field Management.
• Develop preconstruction schedules and monitor progress.
• Present job costs and budget updates regularly.
• Review project documents for completeness & accuracy.
• Develop innovative approaches for each project.
• Identify and resolve complex issues.
• Lead and motivate project teams throughout all phases.
• Suggest corrective actions for growth opportunities.
• Adhere to ethics and comply with laws.
