Job summary

Kitchell seeks experienced Senior Project Managers to join our Bay Area team in San Francisco. You will provide PM/CM services as an owner’s representative on DSA k-12 education projects, ensuring adherence to contracts, schedules, and budgets.

Required are 12+ years in vertical construction, with 5+ years as PM/CM, and CA education sector experience. On-site roles with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline preferred.
• Minimum 12 years of vertical construction experience; 5+ years as Project/Construction Manager.
• Experience with California public education sector under DSA oversight required.

Responsibilities

• Provide PM/CM services as owner’s representative for education sector projects.
• Ensure adherence to PM procedures, policies, and contractual requirements.
• Develop RFQs/RFPs and oversee procurement phases.
• Coordinate activities of contractors, engineers, and related performing entities.
• Identify and manage project risks and advise regional leadership on mitigation.
