Job summary

BSI Engineering, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to serve as the primary client contact on technical projects for industrial clients. You will drive project scope, schedule, and budget while mentoring team members and coordinating cross-discipline groups.

The role emphasizes strong written and verbal communication, proposal development, and delivering complete, quality packages to clients. Remote-friendly with a flexible telecommuting policy and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience in engineering or related field.
• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience presenting to and communicating with clients.
• Previous experience in an engineering consulting role.
• Experience in Pharmaceutical or Food and Beverage industry preferred.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration across audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead in proposal and estimate development.
• Build and maintain client relationships; act as the primary point of contact and meet with the client to assess project requirements.
• Delivers final proposal to client.
• Lead interactive planning sessions, create detailed work plan, and coordinate with appropriate staff for project execution.
• Balance client and BSI needs/interests; manage expectations.
• Coordinate project meetings and ensure proper documentation and communication to clients and BSI employees.
