Job summary

SpaceXAI in Palo Alto, CA, is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the Commerce Platform. You will own the billing system direction and purchase flows powering paid products across Grok, X, Grok Bot, and Cursor.

This technical PM role blends hands-on coding with strategic product leadership to scale a large billing infrastructure. You’ll define requirements for checkout and promotions, triage billing issues at scale, and drive global expansion through compliant, revenue-focused features.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience on large-scale consumer applications.
• Technical depth to read and discuss production code with engineers.
• Experience shipping backend-heavy products at scale and driving revenue.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap for the commerce platform billing system across apps.
• Define requirements and drive delivery for checkout, paywalls, upsell, and promotions.
• Lead triage of billing issues; set priorities and coordinate fixes with engineering.
• Unify subscription system across apps and integrate SpaceXAI payments.
• Manage product requirements across payment rails including App Store, Google Play, and Stripe.
• Contribute code where it speeds delivery, e.g., prototypes and tooling.
• Define and track billing health and revenue metrics like payment success and churn.
• Partner with legal/tax/compliance for market-specific billing and global expansion.
