Qualifications

• Experience overseeing IT projects with multiple systems and interfaces.
• Ability to develop project charters, WBS, plans and risk analyses.
• Deep knowledge of CA IT policies and PAL/SIMM guidance.
• Understanding SDLC (Waterfall/Agile/Hybrid) and tools like MS Project.
• Experience with vendor accountability, contracts, SLAs, and governance.
• Proven supervisory experience with performance management.
